Who We Are

Gift of Life Care LLC provides home care services to clients throughout Hamilton, Warren, and Butler Counties in the state of Ohio. Our team of dedicated staff includes qualified, licensed nurses, Direct Care Workers, and Home health professionals to provide a safe and secure environment for our clients.

We provide individualized care plans to meet each client’s needs to assist them with the activities of daily living (ADL). We document each visit and conduct weekly follow-up visits to ensure our clients’ needs are being met according to their care plan.
Our team of Home health professionals must complete the Independent Provider Initial Training course available in DODD MyLearning, or an alternate initial provider training course that meets the requirements for initial training found in Ohio Administrative Rule OAC 5123:2-2-01 (Provider Certification)
The need for properly trained employees is essential for quality home care. If you are currently a caregiver, we welcome them to our team. We provide focused safety precautions, prioritized responsibilities, skilled employees.

How We Started

Gift of Life Care is found by Miss Nina Kum a dedicated and result driving entrepreneur with more than 15 years’ experience in health care business . Her dedication has always had a positive impact in the lives of patients. She is a compassionate and result driven person. The company has been in operation since 2017 and we serve individuals requiring specialized personal care and companionship. Since inception, our company has also been catering for individuals with developmental disabilities in Hamilton, Warren, and Butler Counties of Ohio.
